Great top coat that is a lot more potential than at first glance. Two blogs I follow have already highlighted this as a great top coat. Hopefully I can find their posts and link them so you can see it used with other colors. This is two costs on top of a no name red. Changes it up quite a bit. I can't wait to play with it more. I should warn you that I have tootsies and I'm not afraid to show them!
