China Glaze-2Nite and Kleancolor glitter

What was I thinking?!  That I was ready to take 2Nite off and I was snowed in...and I should play.  My nails never saw the light, and barely the night of day.  This was a lot of effort to get that minimal glitter on there.  The manicure quickly came off.

Rimmel-Rave and Milani-Silver Dazzle

Rimmel-Rave is okay.  Plenty of other colors like it.  Milani-Silver Dazzles is another story.  When I get more cotton balls, this will be a full manicure for sure!  Goes on in one coat.  And it....DAZZLES.  Sorry about that, I couldn't resist.  This was the only color I got but now I'm lusting at all the others!

Petites-Black Diamond

Impressive dupe of Color Club-Revvvolution right here!  And it can be found at your local Rite Aid.  The application was great.  This is the only Petites I have, but I may have to try some others now!

Borghese-Palermo Plum

The picture on the right is color accurate.  I ruined my manicure when I put the Kleancolor glitter on top.  It weakened the polish and that was three layers of "glitter" and all I got was well, you see the evidence!  Palermo Plum is a keep.  Kleancolor glitters not for me.  Although they are interesting since it's not in clear base.  I have the blue one to post soon as well.

China Glaze-2Nite

With all the buzz about the new China Glaze holographic collection coming out I decided to pull out an old one.  This is 2Nite, probably my favorite of the few I have.  It reminds me of a blue I was obsessed with in college.  I also love that my phone picked up the beautiful holographic nature of the polish.  It really is this stunning.  I'm not sure if I'll pick up anymore holos with the new collection though.  I forgot how horrible their application is!  But worth the trouble....for today.

Sally Hansen-Mochachino

This was my first Sally Hansen Insta Dry polish, nothing really stood out about it to me.  I got it 75% off though at CVS last week!  I didn't really like the color until I used the Essie Matte top coat, and I love love it!!  I think I'm going to put a sticker on the bottle to remind me that I like it mattified.

Wet 'n Wild-Black Fog

Nothing remarkable about this color.  It went on easily and smooth.  This was two coats but could have been one.  At times it appeared to have a blue tint.  I mostly posted this because I like the photo.

Sally Hansen-Rockstar Pink over Thinking of Blue

If you love pink, or glitter, you need Rockstar Pink.  It is glittery heaven.  It's easily opaque and gives lots of glitter.  I wanted to try and do it over a purple a la Scrangie but decided to do it over the blue I had on when I was reminded of this manicure combo online.  Bonus footage below:  cat in a bag!

Sally Hansen-Thinking of Blue

A great blue.  Medium tone.  Not as purple as the pics show.  Sorry about the horrible application.  I tend to be messy and clean up in the shower, but obviously took these photos pre-shower!  It reminds me of China Glaze-Bermuda Breakaway.  Let's see if I remember to do a comparison though!

Revlon-Not So Blueberry

Meh.  The color doesn't do much for me.  The smell I loved though.  Much better than smelling like I put a chemical plant on my fingernails.  I ended up denting it not long after putting it on and was so non-plussed by it that I changed colors.  For the third time that night!  Before this I tried Essie Demure Vixen but it looked horrible on me, in addition to my nails being stained by the dark colors I'd been wearing.

OPI-My Private Jet

Mine looks more brown based than they gray or black I've heard it has.  I know that there are allegedly two versions of this polish.  Either way, it was great application wise and is beautiful!

China Glaze-Atlantis

China Glaze-Atlantis.  This was my New Year's Eve polish.  Quite blingy.  I have to be in the right mood to wear this polish.  This was the first time I wore it for a few days!  It's definitely unique in color and it's holo magic.  And yes, I took a picture while driving but my phone is a touch screen and so all I did was touch it.  That's why it's off center, I wasn't looking when I took it.   I won't do it again though.  While sitting at stop lights though...that's still game on!

Rimmel-Marine Blue

I've had this one forever and kept on avoiding it.  Then I decided I wanted to put on China Glaze-Atlantis and I thought this would be a good base.  Turns out I like this color more than I thought.  It's a beautiful blue green. If you look at my pinkie you can see the green aspect of it.  My favorite part of this though is the application was flawless.  The brush and quality of the polish is phenomenal.  I just wish they had more colors to choose from.

OPI-Tease-y Does It

OPI's excessive use of dashes is almost as obnoxious as the crumbled hand look I managed above. I was bored with the regular hand pose and took liberties.  My apologies.  I'd say it won't happen again, but I know better than that.  This color looks meh in pictures, meh in the bottle and better on.  It's been just a week and a half or so since I wore it and meh.  I am confused.  It should look so amazing.  Maybe I'm just grumpy and taking it out on my nail polish.

OPI-An Affair In Red Square

This is a gorgeous and glowing red.  These pictures do not do it justice at all.  I finally ended up buying it at my Publix after seeing it posted a few times on a blog.  It is definitely a wonderful glowy, rich red that everyone should have!
